Working principle

1.The machine adopts horizontal cyinder structure,fuly sealed drive shaft.Fluidized granulation,the particle size is approximately sphercal,the mobility is good.

2.Compared with the traditional process,the drying time is shortened and reduce 25%of the adhesive.

3.Dry mixing 2 minutes per batch,granulation 1-4 minutes,the efficacy is 4-5 times higher than the traditional process.

4.Finished in the same sealed container,dry mixing -wet mixing-granulating,reduction process,conforms to the GMP speifiation.The whole operation has strict safety protection measures.

5.The machine features mixing uniform,less amount of binder,strong adhering.
