Generate microwave
Industrial microwave equipment typically uses specific microwave generators, such as magnetrons to generate microwaves.
These devices are capable of converting direct current energy into electromagnetic waves at microwave frequencies.
Transmit microwave
The generated microwaves are transmitted to the application area through a waveguide. A waveguide is a special structure
used for efficient transmission of microwave energy.
Penetrating medium
Microwave have excellent penetrability and can penetrate deep into the interior of materials. When microwaves encounter
materials containing water, these water or molecules will interact with the microwave electromagnetic field.
Molecular friction generates heat
Polar molecules in materials, such as water molecules, will rapidly rotate or vibrate under the action of microwave
electromagnetic fields. Due to the friction between molecules, these movements are converted into heat, thereby
heating the material.
Uniform heat
Due to the ability of microwaves to simultaneously heat the inner and outer parts of materials, a more uniform heating
effect can be achieved, avoiding the common phenomenon of external heating and internal cooling in traditional heating methods.
Energy conversion
Microwave energy is absorbed by materials and converted into thermal energy, causing an increase in material temperature, thereby
achieving industrial processing purposes such as drying, sterilization, and maturation.
Control System
Industrial microwave equipment is quipped with a control system that can adjust parameters such as microwave frequency power, and
operating time to meet different process requirements.
Dehumidification system
Material needs to be cooled or discharged moisture appropriately to complete the entire processing process.
