Main Application

Slicing machine is suitable for the cutting of Chinese medicinal herbs including  rhizomes,fruitages,leaves,and grasses etc before it  being fine processed,grinded or 

extracted,as well as for the cutting process of foodstuff(sliced fruit,preserved fruit),aquatic products(sliced kelp),tobacco leaves,and tea leave ,etc.

Working Principle

As the power source comes from the same motor,so the movement of the transmission part and the cutingpatis not only an independent set o   system,but also a wholemovement which is closely connected with each other,When the eccentric wheel five-star friction wheel,gear,sprocket  shafts motion is in step (delivery),the knifeis in the

upper edge of the knife to the top and thenflls to the top of the movement of the mouth,so the  entire  knife  door  is  open,sothat  the  materialdeliveryis  completed.When 

eccentric  wheel-the  five-star  friction  wheel-gear-sprocket  shaft   stop the delivery of materal while  in the  movement of space(the  rocker is  in the opposite direction,

the five-star disconnects),the crankshat   moves from the upper to lower,the knife moves from upon blade to under knife so as to complete the cutting.
