Main Application

Low-temperature pulverizer is widely used for material crushing in the industries of pharmaceutics,chemical and foodstuff,etc.The machine especically has good effect 

to heat sensitive material,rubber,resin,plastic,western medicine,plants and the material that has toughness and can't be crushed at normal atmospheric temperature.

Working principle

The whole system is composed of stock bin,crushing chamber,traction fan,cyclone separator,liquid nitrogen tank liquid nitrogen is as the cold source,materal at low 

temperatures achieve embrttlement accessible state after smashing into the crushing chamber,through the high-speec  rotation of the rotor,the mutual impact,impacting

and shearing to crushing effect.The crushed materials and traction fan pressure grading,did no reach the fineness of the material to smash int thegrinding chamber.The

frozen mill in the process of crushing material,liquid nitrogen to form a closed circulation system inthe pipeline,make fulul se of energy and energy saving.The lowest

temperature of the grinding chamber can drop to minus196 degrees,the temperature can be controled during the grinding process,the user can choose the best temperature 

according to the britle point of material,reduce energy consumption.The crushing fineness is10-700 mesh,even reached micron fineness.
