Main Application

The machine is widely used for material crushing in industries such as chemicals,foodstuff and pharmaceutics,etc.With the features  of cool  air and  no  sieve or screen,

the machine is not limited by the viscosity,hardness,softness or fiber shape of the raw materials and has good effect to all materials,especially to those chinese herbal 

medicines with fibers and those with oil.Moreover,there is no dust flying around during productive process.

working principle

The machine consists of feeder,grading whee,pulverizing blades,gears,pulverizing motor,discharging gate,fans,raw material collection boxand  dust  colltction  box,etc.

Any raw material,being fed into the grinding chamber through the upper feeder is pulverized by high-speed running blades.The fans willead pulverized material from grinding

chamber to discharge gate via negative pressure and the unpulverized material willbe left to be pulverized.The dust rom grinding is filtered and recycled via the cloth bag or 

fitered by the dust absorption box.The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel.The machine improves the utlization of raw material

and decreases the production cost.
