The automatic capsulefling machine is a new type of medical packaging machine with novel structure and beautiful shape.It is controlled by electrical appliances and pneumatics.tis equipped with electronic automatic counting device and speed contro device,which can complete the positioning,separation,filing and locking of capsules.Tight action,instead of manual filing, reduce labor intensity,improve production eficiency,accurate filing dose,inline with pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
The machine is composed of a capsulefeeding head-turning separation mechanism,a medicine filing mechanism,a locking mechanism,a frequency conversion speed regulation mechanism,a pneumatic control and electrical control system,a protection device and other components,as well as vacuum pump and air pump accessories.
Both domestic and imported mechanism capsules can be applied,and the qualifed rate of finished products reaches more than 97%.
